2. How We Use Your Information

We process your information to:

  • Provide our legal referral services and connect you with attorneys

We only process your information when we have a lawful reason to do so — typically your consent, our legitimate business interests, or to fulfill our services to you.

3. When We Share Your Information

We share your information with:

Matched attorneys in our network when you submit a request for legal help. This is the core purpose of our service.

Service providers under contract, including:

  • Cloud hosting and storage (Supabase, Vercel)
  • Payment processing (Stripe)
  • Communications (Twilio, GHL, Resend)
  • AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) for our AI voice receptionist and platform features
  • Analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Advertising and retargeting platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
  • Compliance verification (TrustedForm)

When required by law — to comply with legal process, protect rights, or prevent harm.

Business transfers — in connection with any merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising activities may be classified as "sharing" under certain state laws — see Section 8 below for your opt-out rights.

4. AI Voice and SMS Communications

When you submit a request, you may receive an automated call from our AI voice assistant. This call:

  • Will identify itself as an AI, not a human
  • Will be recorded for quality and compliance purposes
  • Allows you to opt out at any time by saying "don't call me again" or replying STOP to any text message

We use Anthropic and OpenAI as AI service providers. AI processing follows the same protections described in this policy.
