Terms of Service

Last updated: May 22, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of AttorneyConnector (the "Service") operated by GrowthArmy LLC ("AttorneyConnector," "we," "us"), 2226 Eastlake Ave E., Seattle, WA 98102.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using attorneyconnector.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

AttorneyConnector is an online legal directory marketplace that connects consumers seeking legal help with verified, state-bar-licensed attorneys in immigration, workers compensation, auto accident, tax debt, and other practice areas. We provide:

  • A consumer-facing intake platform where users can describe their legal needs and request to be matched with attorneys
  • An attorney-facing platform where licensed attorneys can claim listings, purchase lead credits, and receive matched leads
  • Programmatic directory pages for SEO discovery
  • An AI-powered voice receptionist and SMS communication system

We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal services or legal advice. Our role is limited to facilitating connections between consumers and independent attorneys.

2. Not a Law Firm; No Attorney-Client Relationship

AttorneyConnector is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or legal services of any kind. Information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.

Submitting information through our Service, receiving a call from our AI voice assistant, or being matched with an attorney does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and AttorneyConnector. Any attorney-client relationship is formed solely and exclusively between you and the attorney you choose to retain, governed by a separate written engagement agreement between you and that attorney.

We make no representations about the quality, competence, or suitability of any attorney in our network. Attorneys in our network are independent professionals, not employees or agents of AttorneyConnector.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of the United States
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law

If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Consumer Users

4.1 Submitting Requests

When you submit information through our intake forms or quiz, you represent that:

  • All information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge
  • You are the person identified in the submission, or you have authorization to submit on their behalf
  • You are not submitting a false, fraudulent, or test request
  • You have a genuine interest in obtaining legal services

You agree not to submit information about any individual without their consent, except for yourself.

4.2 Consent to Communications

By submitting any form on the Service, you provide express written consent to be contacted by AttorneyConnector and its network of attorneys via:

  • Phone calls, including automated, pre-recorded, and AI voice calls
  • SMS text messages
  • Email
  • The contact information you provide

This consent applies even if your phone number is on a federal or state Do Not Call list. You understand that the first call may be from an automated AI voice assistant that will identify itself as AI. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to obtain legal services.

You can revoke consent at any time by:

4.3 Phone Verification

We may require you to verify your phone number through a one-time SMS or voice PIN before processing your request. If verification fails or is not completed, we may decline to deliver your request to attorneys in our network.

4.4 No Guarantees to Consumers

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Whether an attorney will accept your case
  • Attorney response times
  • Case outcomes, settlements, or judgments
  • Attorney availability in your area
  • The quality, experience, or suitability of any attorney for your specific matter

5. Attorney Users

The following terms apply to licensed attorneys and law firms using the Service to receive leads.

5.1 Eligibility

  • Comply with all applicable rules of professional conduct, including advertising rules
  • Not be subject to any disciplinary action that would affect your ability to practice
  • Complete our verification process, including bar license verification and a mandatory onboarding call

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate any attorney's account at our sole discretion.

5.2 Verification Requirements

Before purchasing lead credits, attorneys must complete:

  1. Email verification
  2. Bar license verification by AttorneyConnector administrators
  3. A scheduled onboarding call

  • Non-transferable to other attorneys or accounts
  • Subject to expiration as specified at time of purchase

  • Processed through Stripe; payment terms are governed by Stripe's terms in addition to these Terms

  • Maintain confidentiality of all consumer information
  • Comply with TCPA, state advertising rules, and all applicable laws

5.6 No Guarantees to Attorneys

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Lead conversion rates
  • Case acceptance rates
  • Settlement values
  • Revenue or profitability resulting from leads
  • Specific lead volume in any time period, except as expressly stated in a written package agreement

6. Payments and Billing

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

6.1 Prices and Taxes

Prices are listed in US dollars and may be updated from time to time. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

6.2 No Refunds

Except as expressly stated in Section 5.4 (lead replacement) or required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable.

6.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback for any purchase without first contacting AttorneyConnector to resolve a dispute may result in immediate account suspension or termination. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and seek recovery of associated fees.

6.4 Subscription Terms

If you enroll in any subscription or recurring billing plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis until you cancel. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
